Ducky Channel One X Review

One X Accessories

As with all Ducky products the One X has a load of extras in the box. The box itself is gigantic, and even before you open it you can feel the weight of the One X. Hefty.

The QR code that takes you to the software page is less than a centimetre square. The text below it is illegible without a magnifying glass. We can’t be the only people who don’t open every QR code we see. It needs to be made much clearer that this particular one will take you to the software page.

Accessories

Ducky always give you extra options and the One X is no exception. We might have just ticked over into the Year of the Snake, but we’re delighted our review sample still has the Year of the Dragon space bar. Doesn’t it look awesome. You also get a black return key if the peach coloured one isn’t to your liking. The Ducky duck itself has a brush on the underside to help shift those crumbs we all get when eating at our desk.

One X Extra Keys

The One X has both Bluetooth and wireless support, but that doesn’t mean they’ve scrimped on the cable. A Type-C to Type-C main braided cable is supplied, as well as a Type-C to Type-A convertor if you haven’t got a spare Type-C port in your rig.

It might be a simple thing, but including a dust cover will help prolong the life of your keyboard. Particularly useful if you play games that don’t require keyboard inputs so you can cover it without worrying you’ll knock over your energy drink of choice and ruin everything.
