Biwin’s Booth Makes a Statement at Computex 2025
Biwin’s showcasing some serious performance at Computex 2025
Biwin may be a new name in the enthusiast memory market, but they are making some serious waves at Computex 2o25. Computex may be a Taiwanese event, but it’s a global stage. Being there is a statement of intent, and a strong Computex is a sign of great things to come.
We’ve been working with Biwin lately and have used their memory and storage in many recent PC builds. So far, we have had a great time with their products. We have seen at Computex signs that the best is yet to come, and that’s something to get excited about.
Biwin showcase impressive DDR5 speeds at Computex
At Biwin’s booth, we saw many enthusiast-grade systems on display, including high-end machines, more mainstream hardware, and builds that included motherboards from ASUS, MSI, ASRock, and others. When speaking to the booth’s staff, who are proper hardware enthusiasts, we confirmed that all of the systems we saw were running Biwin’s DRAM kits with XMP settings. No further adjustments were required to achieve stability. Let’s keep that in mind as we look at the systems below. All of them are running with simple XMP settings.
First, we have a system with 256GB of DRAM; four 64GB DDR5 modules operating at 6400 MT/s speeds. This system used an MSI Godlike X870E motherboard with an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU. Not bad for a 256GB memory setup.
Biwin says that their 256GB memory kits are coming soon. So if you need a lot of DRAM, Biwin will soon have you covered.
Next, we have a more mainstream setup with an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X and an MSI PRO B850M WIFI motherboard. This isn’t an expensive motherboard or an expensive processor. Regardless, it’s able to achieve DDR5-8400 speeds with a 128GB (2x64MB) Biwin memory kit.
This system also features a Biwin X570H PRO 4TB SSD, achieving sequential read speeds of 14,000 MB/s. Strong results for a mainstream motherboard with a mainstream CPU.
Next, we have a new Intel Arrow Lake system. This system uses Biwin Black Opal series memory at speeds of DDR5-8800. Again, this PC is using XMP settings with no further modifications. It just works.
Broad hardware compatibility
At the edge of their stand, Biwin have a trio of systems using hardware from ASUS, MSI, and ASRock, highlighting the board compatibility of their DDR5 memory modules.
Honestly, we are loving the look of these custom systems. They look better than some of the systems that some of these brands have at their own booths.
Fast DDR5 and Fast SSDs
Below we can see Biwin’s DW100 DDR5 modules, which are available with speeds of DDR5-6000 to DDR5-8400. These modules are available as 32GB (2x16GB), 48GB (2x24GB), and 64GB (2x32GB) kits. More kit options will be available soon, as we can see above with Biwin’s 256GB (4x 64GB) kits.
Below is Biwin’s high-end M.2 SSD lineup. We recently reviewed their X570 and NV7400 drives, which you can read here. To make a long story short, these SSDs are good option for those who want speed and value.
There’s more to Biwin than the high-end PC market
While we all love focusing on high-end hardware, it’s worth remembering that not everyone needs high-end PC performance. Biwin isn’t just a high-end brand; they have plenty of mainstream memory and storage options. Below are just some of their offerings.
Whether it’s to upgrade an existing PC, or to build a more budget-oriented PC, Biwin has options that are worth considering.
Below we can see Biwin’s SD card options and USB storage options. This ranges from standard SUB 2.0 drives to faster USB 3.2 flash drives. Biwin has options to suit all pricing levels.
Portable SSDs? Yes, Biwin does those too. Until recently, Biwin licensed its products to other brands for sale. Now, Biwin are selling these products under their own name, and their product range is extensive.
We’re excited to see more from Biwin – This was a solid Computex showcase
You could be forgiven for not knowing who Biwin are. While they may feel like a memory newcomer, the fact is that they have been around for a long time. Until recently, Biwin’s products have been licensed and sold by other brands.
Now, Biwin is building, marketing, and selling its products to customers. No more middlemen, just Biwin. This is why Biwin’s product range is so extensive and mature. Biwin isn’t a newcomer to the memory market; they’ve been a player for a long time.
Biwin’s Computex booth lays out a simple message. We’re a big player. Biwin is a brand that is confident about its products, and they are ready to expand. We expect to see more high-end memory products in the future and wider availability. This can only be a good thing for PC builders. Who doesn’t want more competition?
