The Thor II is very much in the upper middle of the power supplies when it comes to both efficiency and ripple. It isn’t class leading, but neither is it underserving of the Platinum Plus rating. Like many ROG products you’re balancing things which are excellent with other elements that raise them above the average. If you care purely about ripple and efficiency then you will sacrifice looks and presentation. The Thor is by no means even average let alone poor, just be aware that some of your purchase price is lighting and display too.
