Deathloop Patch 1 Tested – DLSS VS FSR and More

Deathloop PC Optimisation Guide

DLSS and FSR Performance Impact

Performance-wise, Nvidia’s DLSS and AMD’s FidelityFX Super Resolution technologies have a similar performance impact when the same baseline resolutions are used. AMD’s FSR Ultra Quality Mode is similar to Nvidia’s DLSS Quality mode, and AMD’s FSR Balanced Mode is almost identical in performance to Nvidia’s DLSS Performance mode.

Both DLSS and FidelityFX Super Resolution are great options that Deathloop players can use to boost their framerates on PC. That said, both offer vastly different levels of image quality, so much so that there is a clear winner between both options.

The benchmarks below were taken at 4K Ultra settings (with no ray tracing) on an Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti graphics card.
