Cache Testing

For our cache speed testing we flood the drive with random data until it’s full, and compare how the speeds drop as it gradually fills up. Like all the other drives we’ve looked at after 400GB the speeds drop off, but unlike most they then plateau. Given that you’ll never be writing 2TB of random data in one lump, we think it shows the class of the M480.
