Battery Life and Temperatures

At only 3KG the GL702Z is very light, and to some degree that is reflected in the battery only lasting 13 minutes longer than the MSI SLI Titan. Although naturally the rather thirsty RX580 GPU doesn’t compare to even a Vega GPUs, much less the GTX 1070.

Temperatures are a little warm, but even under the harshest loading the Strix remained quiet. Clearly it’s been designed to be within thermal tolerance without making you go deaf, rather than coolness at all costs.
