Performance is so intertwined with temperatures that low numbers are important here. Obviously at a basic level hot = noisy and nobody wants that. But automatic hardware overclocking – boosting – is now so good that any thermal headroom ensures extra speed. We all like speed. The current gen AMD Radeon cards are cool across the board. Sadly the Ryzen 9700X really needs something beefier than the included CyberpowerPC V4-NXP to tame its temperatures, and the amount of AIOs in their configurator indicate they agree.
