The 14th generation Intel CPUs are known to be toasty. Given the twenty cores and 28 threads on the Core i7-14700K are cooled by just a 240mm AIO we were surprised that the peak we saw was just 92°C, and well below that in general use. These are worst case scenario temperatures, not averages.
