PCSpecialist Fusion FE II Review

Temperatures

Performance is so intertwined with temperatures that low numbers are important here. Obviously at a basic level hot = noisy and nobody wants that. But automatic hardware overclocking – boosting – is now so good that any thermal headroom ensures extra speed. We all like speed. With just the FE version of the RTX 5090 the cooling is okay rather than excellent. It’s a testament to the insanity of the Ryzen 7 9800X3D that even the many fans in the Fusion FE aren’t enough to stop it nearly reaching 90°C.
