Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is free-to-play this weekend on Steam

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is free-to-play on Steam until Monday

Warhorse Studios has announced that Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will be free-to-play this weekend on Steam. Free weekends are rare for single-player games, acting as an extended trial/demo for the game. This free weekend is running until November 10th, ending ahead of the launch of the game’s upcoming Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC.

On Steam, Kingdom Come II will be available with a 40% discount until November 13th. In the UK, this makes the game’s standard version £29.99. The game currently has a “Very Positive” review rating on Steam.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is a story-driven medieval RPG. The game features excellent visuals and runs well on PC. It is easly one of the gaming highlights of 2025, especially if you are into RPGs that lack standard sci-fi or fantasy elements.

If you’ve been wanting to try out Kingdom Come II, now’s your chance. You have until November 10th to try out the game. All of the title’s base game content is available to play during this time. If you’re fast enough, you might even be able to finish the game before the free weekend ends. That said, you’d probably be missing a lot of good content if you wanted to complete an RPG of this size in such a short timeframe.
