Here’s when Resident Evil Requiem will unlock in your region

Here’s when you can start playing Resident Evil Requiem

Capcom has just unveiled the global launch times for Resident Evil Requiem, which will be available on February 27th (in most regions). Note that the game’s console and PC release timings differ across regions, while Requiem’s PC version will launch worldwide at the same time. In contrast, the game’s console launch will have regional timings.

For most regions, Requiem’s console release will be at midnight on February 27th. The only exception to this is the game’s PST release time, which is on February 26th at 9 PM (PST). Why the exception? This allows Requiem to launch in all US regions simultaneously.

On PC, Resident Evil Requiem will launch at midnight on February 27th in Eastern Standard Time (EST). This means that the game will be released at 5 am UK time, 6 am CET, 2 pm JST, and 6 PM NZDT. This creates a strange situation in New Zealand, where Resident Evil Requiem launches on PC 18 hours after the console version.

Gamers who have pre-ordered Requiem can now pre-load the game on their chosen platform. Note that gamers who pre-load the game will need to download additional data when the game launches. However, this download should be small in size. Below are Resident Evil Requiem’s PC system requirements.

Minimum:

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 11 (64-bit required)
  • Processor: Intel corei5-8500 / AMD Ryzen 5 3500
