Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced’s Patch 1.04 fixes the game’s 30 FPS issue on PC
Patch 1.04 fixes Black Flag Resynced’s “locked to 30 FPS” bug on PC
Patch 1.04 is coming to Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced today, and Ubisoft has confirmed it includes numerous bug fixes. This includes a fix for the game’s “locked to 30 FPS” bug on PC, as well as fixes to visuals, gameplay, and more.
With this update, Ubisoft has stated that this update delivers “improved performance and stability”. Sadly, we cannot confirm whether this update will deliver notably higher frame rates on PC. “Improved performance and stability” is a common inclusion in patch notes, and more often than not the change is not noticeable. Optimisations can be highly scene-specific, making them hard to spot with benchmarks.
Gameplay fixes include a fix for players clipping into a ship’s hull while swimming, a “locked out” issue when players attempt to move immediately after mini games, and a bug that could cause the Jackdaw to disappear while docked after upgrading.
