ASUS is setting new record with AMD’s Ryzen Threadripper 9000 series CPUs
ASUS has announced that its Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE motherboard has been used to set multiple new world record benchmarking results using AMD’s newly released Ryzen Threadripper 9000WX series CPUs. Alongside these new world records, ASUS has also set 31 global first-place records and 7 hardware first-place records using various CPU configurations.
On Cinebench R23, a new world record of 227817 points has been achieved. This smashes the prior world record, which was achieved using AMD’s last-generation Ryzen Threadripper PRO 7995WX. This score is almost 14,000 points higher than the record set using AMD’s last-gen CPU.

Congratulations to all the overclockers who’ve achieved new records using the new platform, including OGS, CENS, SEBY, bl4ckdot, Paul7347, and jiacheng_liu.
(New ASUS World Records and first place results for AMD’s Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9995WX CPU)
In total, ASUS has set 46 new records using AMD’s Ryzen Threadripper 9000WX processors. Note that we expect new records to be set in the weeks and months to come. If this is what overclockers can achieve at launch, what will they be able to accomplish over the next few months?
