Bambu Lab teases its H2D 3D Printer
Bambu Lab will launch its H2D 3D printer on March 25th
Bambu Lab claims they will make us “Rethink Personal Manufacturing” on March 25th with their new H2D 3D printer. On this date, we expect Bambu Lab to reveal a 3D printer that can stand above their X1 series, pushing the company further into the high-end 3D printing market.
Expectations are high. Bambu Lab is one of the largest 3D printer manufacturers. With the H3D, Bambu Lab is expected to compete with industrial 3D printer designs from Ultimaker and other manufacturers while offering lower prices.
Based on Bambo Lab’s teaser image, the H2D will have two extruders on its print head, which could mean that its print head will have two nozzles. This could speed up multi-material prints, as two filaments could be loaded/unloaded simultaneously. Two-material prints would be sped up significantly, as no filament changes would be required.
The H2D is also expected to have a much larger build area than Bambu Lab’s prior 3D printers. Many also expect advanced features like an active chamber heating system, a swappable tool-head system, and a new/upgraded AMS multi-material system.
The wait ends on March 25! 🚀
