Xbox plans to showcase 50 games at Gamescom 2024
Gamers will be able to check out 50 titles at the Xbox booth at Gamescom 2024
Between August 21st and 25th, Xbox will be at Gamescom 2024 in Cologne Germany. While there, Xbox will be showcasing 50 games at their booth, and gamers who can’t attend will be able to check out Xbox’s live streams between August 21st-23rd.
While having 50 games to showcase sounds impressive, many of these releases are 3rd party titles. This includes highly anticipated games like STALKER 2, Atomfall, Star Wars Outlaws, and many others.
At the Xbox booth, gamers will be able to go hands-on with the following Xbox releases. These are Age of Mythology: Retold, Ara: History Untold, Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred, Fallout 76: Milepost Zero, The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Road, and Towerborne. Additionally, Microsoft will be hosting “exclusive theatre presentations” for Avowed, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and Starfield: Shattered Space.
2024 will be the first year that Blizzard Entertainment will be joining Xbox at Gamescom. At Gamescom, Diablo fans will be able to play as Diablo IV’s new Spiritborn class for the first time. Xbox will also be celebrating the upcoming launch of World of Warcraft’s new “The War Within” expansion with a new “immersive experience”.
Sadly, it looks like Microsoft will not be revealing any new games at Gamescom 2024. That said, we should be getting a closer look at many of their soon-to-be released titles.
