The Build

Ah, the instructions…Well, for the most part they’re fine, and the rig is pretty traditional in the way it’s assembled so all is good.  Where they fall down though, and we mean fall down not so much in the way that you do when you miss the last step when you’re coming down stairs, more in the way that you do when an unexpected and razor sharp flashing scythe unexpectedly amputates both your legs, is how the instructions totally fail to inform you as to where all those wires go, and my god are there a lot of wires.

How many wires?  Well let’s just say we thought the Raijintek was complicated.  What you’re looking at here isn’t the full wiring loom of the case, nope, that’s already taken care off, this is just the additional wiring included in the ML240 R RGB.  At this rate, I’m going to have to ask Tom for a rise!!!

With the wiring woes defeated, it cannot be denied that the ML240R RGb is a thin of beauty.  Even with the power to the main PC off, the RGB LED lights still spool and illuminate the interior of our CoolerMaster Torture test case.

there might not be a remote control, but the ML240 R RGB has that much connectivity that should we happen to mention to a friend that we like the colour Purple we’re damn sure the next time we turned the PC on the “Addressed” system would illuminate the the AIO in just the right shade of Purple as to make us relaxed, but a little suspicious.
