HAVN HS 360 PC Case Review

Conclusion and Video

HAVN has taken things to another level with the HS 360

We loved the HAVN HS 420 when it launched. In fact, it has become the home of our Intel 800-series test platform. We’ve used it for all of our Intel Core Ultra 200 (Arrow Lake) testing. To put it mildly, we like the case. The HS 360 takes the HS 420’s design and takes things to another level. HAVN didn’t just make a smaller version of the HS 420; they made it better.

This isn’t just a smaller version of the HS 360. HAVN listened to its fans and took feedback seriously. They also improved the HS 360 in ways that aren’t obvious. Every removable component has anti-vibration elements. The bend in their tempered glass is over 30% tighter, minimising visual distortion. HAVN’s new magnetic airflow divider on its VGPU variant further lowers GPU thermals through clever airflow management. The company has also added back-connect motherboard support, as shown in the image below.

HAVN’s H12 fans are marvellous

For our thermal testing, we used HAVN’s H12 series fans. Out of the box, this PC case doesn’t contain any fans. That said, with their thicker-than-normal design and strong airflow characteristics, HAVN’s H12 series fans are well worth considering. While they don’t have reverse-blade models (yet?), they deliver premium fan performance at a solid price. They are even available in triple packs, which dramatically lowers the per-fan cost.

With these fans, the HAVN HS 360 delivers excellent cooling performance. To say the least, we are very satisfied with this case’s thermal performance.

We loved this case so much, it is currently on our desk

At OC3D, we get the upgrade itch just as often as the average PC enthusiast. After looking at the HAVN HS 360, our dearest leader, Tom Logan, declared that this case was going on his desk. So one PC transplant later (see above), OC3D’s command center now has a new home. If people who review cases want to see a specific case every day, that says something. We live the HAVN HS 360. It’s well-made, well thought out, and delivers more than just being a “smaller HS 420”.

The HAVN HS 360 is a great PC case that takes the design of its larger HS 420 and makes it more accessible. With lower pricing, a smaller size, and many meaningful design improvements, it’s hard not to love the HS 360. Yes, it’s still fairly expensive, but you get a lot for your money.

HAVN, you’ve knocked it out of the park. Your HS 360 deserves nothing less than an OC3D Enthusiast Grade Award. We look forward to seeing what your team do next.
