AMD Ryzen 5 7500X3D Review

Blender

Unlike some famous, eye-wateringly expensive, rendering solutions, Blender is a free program that is still extremely powerful. If you ever find yourself wondering why 3D elements take so long to create in films or games, a moment with Blender will show how much performance you need to perform even the simplest tasks. We have our own custom blend render available in both 1080P and 4K which is a stern test. The 4K resolution will bring even the hardiest setup to its knees.

Again this, like all our early results, relies heavily on raw CPU grunt. But the little Ryzen 5 7500X3D smokes the Ryzen 5 5600X. Both CPUs have basically the same specs, just you also get X3D here. A surprising result it has to be said.
