Who would’ve thought that something which can emulate Nintendo consoles would be a recommended benchmark tool? We’re old enough to remember Kawaks and FinalBurn, so this is a test our inner retrohead enjoys greatly. Naturally we’d never use this technology to play games on hardware that can make the most of them.
Although an emulator sort of requires some gaming prowess, the fact is it’s heavily CPU dependant. It’s not a coincidence the monstrous Ryzen 9 9950X has the lowest time. The Ryzen 5 7500X3D isn’t that far behind the other 7000 series CPUs though.
