ASUS Z370 Maximus X Hero Review

As it’s early in our Z370 testing we’ve just got the two ASUS motherboards to look at for the moment. We are surprised at how well the 4000 MHz DDR4 performs given its 500 MHz CPU deficit to the overclocked result, especially as there is only 100 MHz difference between the two setups. In the CPU benchmarks the Maximus just edges the Prime, although as will soon become apparent either of them is a good choice.
