Test Setup

As you might have guessed from the amount of reviews that have gone live today we’ve got a whole host of Z590 motherboards to test. We’re sticking to using the Core i9-11900K and its Adaptive Boost Technology overclocking to see how much can be squeezed from the pairing without any user input.

Clock Speeds

As you’ll soon see in our results, the Gigabyte ITX has the most refined BIOS of the three Gigabyte motherboards. The voltages are more sane out of the box, and this keeps the toasty Core i9-11900K a little cooler, allowing it to turbo a little higher, and the scores reflect that.
