With so many cores on hand and able to run at some truly staggering speeds, the Core i9-14900K we use for our testing is a stern trial for all the newest Z790 motherboards. It really sorts the chaff out from the wheat. Clearly the MSI Z790 Carbon Max doesn’t struggle at all to keep this demanding processor fed.
