Intel Undervolting Guide for Raptor Lake Issues

Video and Final Thoughts

Back when we first wrote our guide in March we were hoping to help you all drop temperatures and improve performance, it was never planned to be a fix for this crashing scario but we knew things were not right from the start. Since then the issues with Intel’s Raptor Lake processors have become more of a hot-button topic. We have the utmost confidence in them quickly reaching a solution. However, we’re aware that many of us want a fix today, not tomorrow. To this end the undervolting guide we’ve presented here eliminates all but the most problematic issues.

We do have a feeling any Intel system with any issues is now going to be considered a CPU fault but lets all stay calm and work through the issues like we always would have…. Or like we would if it was an AMD system first, incase it is a driver or SSD dying before we place the blame with Intel. Its all about balance and ripping a system apart and replacing takes far longer than a bit of fault finding.

We know it might seem daunting to tweak your setup like this, but it’s actually very simple. Hopefully the combination of the text above and video below allow you the confidence to undertake this fix.
