The majority of this is the real world images to go along with the slides on the previous two pages. However, worthy of particular note is the actual shroud design itself. The modern design trend is all about angles, creases and the like and the Strix is very much in keeping with that ethos. The angles don’t just look splendid though, as they are all carefully designed to help direct airflow to the fans whilst keeping down the noise you can experience when the pressure builds at the edges of the fan blades in more conventional designs. In the penultimate photograph you can see the RGB header – the red one – alongside the two system fan headers. Even here you have a feature which is nice to take advantage of but, if you don’t wish to do so, isn’t an obvious gap in the design. Sometimes these features can be a big empty space of “I could do this but you don’t want to, what a waste”. Not here.

We will be bringing you our full review of the ASUS GTX 1080 Ti Strix OC just as soon as we can, but in the meantime once you’ve wiped the drool from your desk come to the OC3D Forums and let us know what you think.
