The drivers on modern graphics cards are more willing to cap their performance when you hit thermal limits. This means that, by and large, most cards top out around the 80 degree mark. Power draw is far more important. AMD have definitely solved any thermal issues as both the RX 9070 XT and this RX 9060 XT are cooler than Ray Charles.
