XFX RX 9060 XT Swift Review

It might not make for the easiest photographs, but we still like how XFX always design their packaging vertically. When you see as many packaging designs as we do then anything different is good.
The design of the Swift is, by XFX standards, very vanilla. Remember this is the same company who brought us the various editions of the Thicc. Their gorgeous curved number. Needing to keep this down to MSRP makes perfect sense. Also this has half the paper power of the RX 9070 XT, and that was hardly warm much less hot.
Naturally we need to tell you about the backplate, and we especially need to point out how big the airflow gap is on the XFX. On the incredibly small chance that you’re a middle aged Brit, the design on the backplate looks just like the old LWT logo.
There is a simplicity to the side view that we know will attract a certain type of user. In a world where cards have tons of RGB, having a card which blends into your rig can help your aesthetics.
Upgrading your graphics card is easily the best bang for buck improvement you can do. If your system isn’t new enough to have an ATX 3 PSU then you’ll love the use of a PCIe 8pin power input. At the very least it saves you worrying about the melting issues.
Normally you get four outputs, but the RX 9060 XT makes you stop at three. Given how much horsepower it has, that’s a wise choice. Heck we’ve got some beefy systems and rarely run more than three monitors.
