Although it’s slightly disappointing that the media keys remain resolutely white, particularly as the transparent logo shows that there are RGB elements that high up inside the chassis, the white background works really well with the keycap font and Cherry MX RGB switches to produce some lovely shades. The ASUS ROG Armoury II software gives you easy control over lighting as well as profiles, macros and all the elements that we have become accustomed to tailoring to our personal taste. 

The logo unquestionably looks very cool and almost makes us wish we’d learnt how to use the engraving attachment on our Dremel.
