Roccat Suora FX Frameless Keyboard Review

Roccat Suora FX Frameless Keyboard Review

Up Close

With a frameless design and no wrist rest included the packaging for the Suora FX is extremely compact. In keeps with the Roccat tradition of bold product images, possible the best font in the business and a clear list of features. Out of the box the Suora FX is a fantastic looker with the lack of surrounding chassis really giving a modern air to proceedings. The underside has two small feet to raise the Suora FX up for ergonomic typing comfort, whilst the cable can be routed out to the left, right or middle depending upon where you have placed your tower.

There are six macro keys on the Suora FX in the Page Up/Page Down cluster, backed up by a gaming button in the top right. These aren’t the only two-function keys either, as the F-Keys double up as lighting and media controls. Beneath the key caps we find brown mechanical keys from TTC, a Chinese company that make clones of the Cherry MX switches. How successful this is we’ll discuss in our conclusion.
