Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LED Review

Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LED Red and Blue

Introduction

We know we can’t be the only people who look at our RAM slots and just wish that they had a little extra flair to them. After all, our All-In-One CPU Cooler has a light up logo. Most of our motherboards do. More often than not the GPU has a light of some type upon it. Our RAM, however, remains resolutely dark and tucked away. No longer!

Today we’re having a quick look at a Corsair Vengeance LED Kit. Available in three different logo and LED colours – Blue, White and Red – it should suit most peoples requirements. Perhaps even more so once you look through the available options and discover that the Vengeance LED is available in a multitude of options to suit every demand and budget. It begins at 16 GB of 2666 MHz DDR4 and goes up through 32 GB of 3466 MHz – the kit we’re looking at today – through to the insanity of 64 GB of 3200 MHz.

As you can see from the picture at the top of the page Corsair have really gone all our with making the lighting visible. No single LED at the end of the stick here.

However, before we move on and show you our own photographs we found this one on the Corsair website and we think that it’s possibly the coolest picture we’ve ever seen, demonstrating how bright the LEDs are whilst also … well you can see for yourself.
