At 4K, our RTX 2080 Ti is unable to achieve 60 FPS average framerates without enabling DLSS. With DLSS set to performance mode, average framerates of over 90 FPS are achieved. With DLSS, Cold War’s performance profile completely changes, highlighting how innovative the technology is. The only problem is that this feature is restricted exclusively to high-end graphics cards from a single brand.
