At 4K none of the GPUs that we tested was able to achieve even a steady 30+ FPS framerate without a decrease in graphical detail, which means that even the GTX 1080 Ti would be unable to achieve a solid 60FPS given its typical performance of 30-50% more performance than a GTX 1080.

Even moving down to low setting our GTX 1080 FE was unable to achieve a solid 60FPS, which means that a resolution decrease or more powerful hardware is required to make the game play well on PC.
