VRAM Usage

When it comes to VRAM usage the simple way to put it is that if you have 4GB of VRAM or more you are fine, even at 4K.

Even those that have lower end 2GB cards will be able to play the game with decent quality medium quality textures at 1080p, which doesn’t look all that different to the game when maxed out.  

It is clear that this game has its basis in PS4, which has a combined 8GB of combined system/CPU and GPU memory. I think it is safe to say that PC users don’t have dedicated high-resolution texture pack.
