Black Myth Wukong has been updated with support for DLSS 4 and XeSS 2
Black Myth Wukong now supports the latest upscaling technologies (except FSR 4)
Game Science has released update 1.0.16.18901 for Black Myth Wukong, which adds support for the Thai language and new upscaling technologies. With this update, Black Myth Wukong has gained support for Nvidia’s DLSS 4 technology and Intel XeSS 2.
For Nvidia GeForce RTX users, this update adds support for Nvidia’s higher quality DLSS “Transformer” model, enabling higher quality visuals. For RTX 50 series GPU owners, this update adds support for DLSS Multi Frame Generation.
Users of Intel GPUs can now benefit from Intel’s XeSS Super Resolution technology and XeSS Frame Generation technologies.
Major Updates
- Integrated NVIDIA DLSS 4.0, which delivers sharper Super-Resolution Sampling effect on supported hardware, with Multi-Frame Generation now available in Settings.
- Integrated Intel XeSS 2.0, with XeSS Frame Generation now available in Settings on supported hardware.
Strangely, Game Science has not updated Black Myth Wukong with support for AMD’s FSR 4 upscaler. As of now, Black Myth Wukong supports the latest version of each GPU vendor’s upscaling solution, except for AMD’s FSR 4. Currently, Black Myth Wukong supports AMD’s FSR 3 upscaler.
Black Myth Wukong is one of the most graphically impressive games available on PC. It is also an incredibly demanding PC release. It is great to see Game Science continuing to improve its game with new updates. With new/improved upscaling support, PC gamers can now enjoy Black Myth Wukong with better PC visuals. Let’s hope that AMD will come to its senses soon and get FSR 4 support added to this game.
