Varder Vs Stock fans

Powerful and usually loud fans can make a poorly designed and badly functioning radiator appear to perform well, which in our view isn’t a good thing.  So in order to see how much of a radiator’s performance is down to the fans it comes supplied with, we decided that we would test each of the AIOs, not just with their supplied fans, but also with a set of rather nice EK Vardars.  Having tested the stock fans at the full 12v we then tested the Varders at 12v, followed by a test of the Vardars stepped down to 7v  As quite a few of the systems on test didn’t graduate to the 5.0GHz test, we decided to test at 4.8GHz so as to show the performance of all the AIOs in the test.
