Extreme Customisation – Corsair FRAME 4000 Accessories are here!

The Corsair Frame 4000 is reaching its full potential

Corsair has unlocked the FRAME 4000’s potential

When Corsair released its FRAME 4000D (Review Here) a year ago, it made a promise. Today, we can confirm that they have delivered. Corsair Frame 4000 series accessories have arrived, opening the door to an unheard-of level of PC case customisation. Modding a PC case has never been easier, and we love it.

While it’s a shame these options didn’t arrive closer to launch, they are here now, and they look great. As the saying goes, “better late than never”. That’s especially true when delivering on an ambition that many other PC case manufacturers have failed at. Corsair has delivered where no other PC case manufacturer has. An upgradable PC case with a wealth of customisation options.Well done Corsair!

A huge number of options

Owners of Corsair FRAME 4000 series cases now have a wealth of case customisation options. Users can swap out their front panels, side panels, PSU shroud, motherboard tray, and more. Replacements for Corsair’s standard hardware options are available, allowing users to replace damaged parts or get second parts for painting/modding. Instead of buying a new case, Frame 4000 users can now transform their case into what they want.

Want some wood on your front panel? Want more tempered glass on your PC? Perhaps you want more fans for air intake? All of that is possible with Corsair’s FRAME 4000 accessories.

Airflow vs Aesthetics

While many PC builders will scoff at the idea of installing tempered glass panels in front of their fans, it’s worth remembering that aesthetics can trump airflow for some users. Yes, Corsair’s standard airflow panel is well-designed, but if that’s not your desired aesthetic, who am I to question you?

We should note that Corsair’s new glass front panels leave plenty of space along their sides for airflow. While Corsair’s airflow panels will deliver better airflow and case thermals, it’s up to you which aesthetic you’d prefer.

For those who want even more airflow, a “Cold Air Intake” side panel is available that adds three extra 120mm fan mounts. This provides the Corsair Frame 4000 with additional airflow. Perfect for users who use large, power-hungry graphics cards. If you want more GPU-focused airflow, this is the accessory for you.

Corsair FRAME 4000 Accessories Pricing

At the time of writing, we do not have the official UK prices for Corsair’s Frame 4000 accessories. These should be listed on Corsair’s website soon. However, we have Corsair’s US prices, which should give you an idea of what to expect. To say the least, these upgrade options are very affordable, with only Corsair’s “Elite” motherboard tray being on the very expensive side. That said, that motherboard tray was made to be overkill, so high pricing is to be expected.

If Corsair FRAME 4000 users fancy a change, they can simply buy a new part and swap it out. Better still, modders can buy spare parts and paint them/mod them to their heart’s content.
