SiSoft Sandra is particularly good at separating the CPU from the rest of the system and testing it with harsh calculation heavy benchmarks. The performance increase of the 2nd Generation is very impressive, with only the much beefier Threadripper ahead of them from the AMD stable. In the Cryptography benchmark only the Threadripper bests the Ryzen 7 2700X.
