Power Draw

All three of the new XT CPUs are frugal in the power department, with only the extra heft needed to push all twelve cores on the Ryzen 9 3900XT resulting in a significant increase in power draw. Even this is tempered by the fact that the stock setup where the CPU and Chipset boost it as necessary is 44W less demanding than the original Ryzen 9 3900X, whilst when overclocked it’s a mere 6W heavier on your power bill, whilst still being more efficient than the 10 core 20 thread Intel Core i9-10900K.
