AMD Kaveri A10-7850K & A10-7700K Review

Tomb Raider

Yet another game which is affiliated with AMD through their bundle deals. We ran two instances of the game’s built in benchmark; one using the Normal Preset, and the other using the High Preset with both at 1080p.

The 7850K again only performs a little better than the 6800K and the 5800K here. Although performance is always ahead in these graphics tests, the margin by which it’s ahead isn’t always consistent. Crossfire performance scales well here as you’d expect on a modern game that’s affiliated with AMD.

Sleeping Dogs

The Sleeping Dogs benchmark is built into the game itself. We ran it at 1920×1080 with medium settings.

We see similar results here as we saw in Tomb Raider, which is expected as they’re built using the same engine. Still only a little better, but better is still good!
