AIDA64
AIDA64 is a benchmark suite containing a plethora of tests for the whole system. For our needs we singled out the tests that represent the performance of the CPU and the memory.
CPU
The first round of CPU tests here show the Sniper performs pretty much the same as the cheaper board used in the initial testing at stock levels. Overclocking does yield slightly better performance however.
Memory
The memory tests here do show the Sniper is a little superior and able to offer a little better support for memory than the previous board. Overclocking does seem to increase results on the latency tests however which can be expected since overclocking often leads to small decreases in performance in memory tests.
