Overall, FSR 3 is a little more performant than FSR 4. That said, FSR 4’s image quality is significantly higher, making it preferable to use FSR 4 in performance mode over FSR 3 in Quality mode. In pure performance terms, FSR 3 is faster. However, when you consider image quality, FSR 4 could be used to deliver higher performance levels and higher levels of image quality.
