It’s a slightly curious situation with the Corsair GFX in that there isn’t much to explain because it looks exactly like you would expect it to. It’s a graphics card, with an AIO bolted onto it. The backplate looks very good and the all important tubes between the card and the cooler are all you could desire, being lengthy, flexible but robust and with some seriously quality braiding to ensure that everything remains in perfect working order. If there is an area of mild disappointment it is the choice of shroud. Without requiring the fans that you see on MSI Twin Frozr VI cards, Corsair were free to let their artistic team run wild and we ended up with something very bland. Maybe the way that the cooler is inside means that you have to have the water-wheel fan running to keep the power phases cool. Still, it’s all fairly stock looking which is a bit disappointing at this price point. The shroud doesn’t do much, go wild designer people.
