With everything set to defaults the Hydro GFX is only bettered by the full water cooling on the ASUS Poseidon. The big benefit of the Corsair Hydro GFX though is the ability to balance the fan to find the best compromise between noise level and cooling capacity, so on the next page we’ll see how fan speed affects things. The “default” settings will be the ones we use for our testing though.
