GTX 980Ti and R9 Fury X performance at 1440p

Moving to 1440p we see the R9 Fury X gain a lead on Nvidia, even without AMD having an optimized driver for the title. This is unsurprising given that this game is an AMD Gaming Evolved title, but it seems that AMD is aiming for great high resolution performance in this game. 

When looking at the minimum framerate performance in this game is similar for both AMD and Nvidia GPUs, but at most settings AMD can have a performance lead that is as high as 10% when looking at the maximum framerates. 

Hopefully the addition of some extra driver optimizations and DirectX 12 support for the title we will see this game gain enough performance to allow us to play this game at a playable framerate at 1440p, as right now even at max we have very rarely been able to get the game to run below 30FPS.
