In this set of screenshots, we can see that there is a huge increase in the texture resolution of a lot of objects when moving from low to high, especially on the textures of wood or on the walls of structures. 

The games lighting also changes significantly when moving to higher graphical settings, though the change from low to medium is the most significant. 

Here we can see the greatest change in the world’s lighting, with the low and medium screenshots being hugely different, completely changing the atmosphere of the game.

Moving beyond medium sees much smaller changes but the higher settings does feature a larger draw distance, which is very noticeable when you are traveling around the world on a motorbike.
