The drivers on modern graphics cards are more willing to cap their performance when you hit thermal limits. This means that, by and large, most cards top out around the 80 degree mark and the Nvidia RTX 5090 FE is no exception. What it does do is draw masses of Watts from the wall when you really push it to its limits.
