As anyone who owns an ASUS motherboard with a LiveDash will attest, software is now the absolute achilles heel of ASUS. It’s all very well having these products with eye-popping feature sets but you need a consistent way of letting the user control them. In ASUS case they use the ROG Armoury software for everything, which is fine when it works but it nearly never does. On a fresh install we had to run it twice every time to get it to load at all, with UAC warnings ever single time, and the Macro and Stat recording functions failed to work at all, or insta-closed the software respectively.
