Software and Lighting
The Corsair iCUE software is very much a one-stop-shop for all your control needs. Able to speak to your other hardware too, it’s very easy to ensure everything works and looks how you’d like. For peripherals it’s a treat, with everything clearly labelled, responsive, and taking no time at all to set up even complicated assignments or lighting options. Compared to many other control suites on the market it’s amongst the best, with only the occasional spike in CPU usage, or taking control lighting that you can’t otherwise adjust, it is vice free.
The lighting on the Sabre is up to Corsair’s usual high standards, so rather than bore you with a dozen colours let’s just take a look at three of the more difficult colours to reproduce; magenta, cyan and orange. Lovely.
