Roccat Kova 2016 Edition Review
The Roccat Kova utilises their Swarm driver. Not only supporting all the features we’ve come to expect from a high-end gaming product, such as DPI, lighting, lift distance, macros and the like, but also capable of being controlled from your smart phone utilising an app which was, at the time of review, still being worked on. So we’re sticking to the main utility here.
Everything is well laid out and the software is responsive. It doesn’t take any time to apply the settings to the Kova either thanks to the speedy ARM CPU at the heart of the mouse. With support for Roccat’s Easy Shift technology there are more possibilities than you could reasonably utilise. We particularly like the built-in suite of macros for the most popular titles. Anything that helps you get up and running as quickly as possible has to be a good thing.
