Vengeance Pro RGB memory

Last but not least we have Corsair’s new Vengeance Pro RGB memory, their first addressable RGB DRAM modules. These new memory DIMMs will ship with memory seeds of between 2666MHz and 4000MHz at launch, with 8GB and 16GB modules.

Over the next few months, Corsair plans to ship faster versions of these modules with 4266MHz, 4600MHz and 4700MHz options, offering staggering amounts of memory bandwidth.

With their Vengeance Pro RGB memory, Corsair has addressed all of our major complaints with their previous RGB memory kits, allowing users to configure colouring easier in software while also allowing every module to remain in sync without issues.

These new memory kits will be available with black or white heatsinks, allowing these kits to suit almost any PC build, aside from a non-RGB stealth build of course.

Corsair has told us to expect to get hold of these memory modules in the near future, which means that we plan to put these DIMMs through their paces on every motherboard chipset that we can find. Let’s hope that these DIMMs work on all major platforms, as this was a problem with some earlier RGB memory kits.
