F1 25 PC Performance Review and Optimisation Guide
Conclusion
F1 25 is a masterfully crafted game on PC
Codemasters are experts in the field of racing games, and F1 25 is a master-crafted PC experience. Thanks to its sheer scalability, this game can be run on incredibly low-end systems, while simultaneously bringing the highest-end hardware configurations to their knees. If this game runs poorly on your system, it’s almost certainly because you configured this game poorly.
As always, F1 25 contains an excellent benchmarking tool, allowing gamers to benchmark the game’s various tracks with different camera views and weather conditions. No other game offers this level of benchmarking possibilities. Add on this game’s demanding graphical presets, and you can almost guarantee that this game will be included as part of many of our future GPU reviews.
If you want this game to run fast, disable ray tracing and/or use a high-quality upscaler like DLSS or FSR. Simples. Some older GPUs may require lower graphical settings, but most modern GPUs will run this game well at high settings.
With F1 25, Codemasters has taken the series to the next level with more accurate LIDAR-scanned circuits, new graphical technologies, and new features. Even with these additions, the F1 series remains incredibly scalable, making the game well-suited to owners of high-end systems and older hardware configurations. This means that no F1 fans are getting left behind, despite additions like advanced ray tracing and even path tracing. This is another well-optimised F1 game from Codemasters, and we’re loving it!
